• Account & auth: email, password (hashed).
• Billing & subscriptions: plan selection; payments are processed by Stripe—we never receive full card numbers.
• Support: messages/attachments you send to us.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data: IP address, device/browser type, OS, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps.
• Logs: request metadata (minus sensitive fields), response codes, performance/error data.
• Cookies/local storage: essential cookies for sign-in/session; optional analytics if enabled.

From service providers (processors)

• Stripe (payments/fraud prevention)
• Supabase (database/auth)
• Hosting/ops providers for cloud, logging, and uptime monitoring

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the Service (authentication, sessions, subscriptions)
• Process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe)
• Deliver projections/picks and related features you request
• Secure and maintain the Service (logging, monitoring, debugging)
• Communicate with you (transactional emails, support)
• Improve the Service (performance, product decisions)
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK users)

We process personal data based on: contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improvement), consent (where required—for analytics/marketing), and legal obligations (tax/accounting/compliance).

We do not sell personal information. We share it with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf (Stripe, Supabase, hosting/logging/monitoring, email) under contracts limiting use to providing services to us.
• Legal/safety reasons (to comply with law or protect rights/safety).
• Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition, or financing).

6. Cookies & Analytics

• Essential cookies are required for login and core functionality.
• Analytics (if enabled) help us understand usage/performance; where required, we’ll request consent and offer controls.
• You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.

7. Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes (e.g., accounting, security, dispute resolution). When no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

We employ technical/organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, monitoring). No method is 100% secure; we can’t guarantee absolute security.

We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

California (CPRA) Notice

We do not “sell” personal information. We may “share” limited data with processors to operate the Service (e.g., payments, security). California residents can request access, deletion, and correction. Use the contact above to exercise your rights.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not for individuals under the minimum legal age for sports wagering or paid fantasy contests in their jurisdiction (typically 21 for sportsbooks and 18 for DFS in some states). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us.

12. Third-Party Links

Links to sportsbooks, fantasy operators, or other sites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

13. Communications & Marketing

• Transactional emails: account, billing, security, service updates.
• Marketing emails (if we send them): only where permitted by law (and with consent where required). You can opt out via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
• Marketing emails will include our sender identification and a physical mailing address (PO Box or virtual mailbox).

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We’ll post the updated version with a new Effective Date and, if changes are material, provide additional notice.
